Insurance Outsourcing

Accounts are submitted to HCA based on client determined financial classes and aging categories of outstanding insurance claims. HCA will verify insurance eligibility, re-file any claims which were not received, follow up on outstanding documentation needed to process the claim, and file appeals on rejections if documentation substantiates an appeal. Client also has the option to send a soft letter series for any outstanding self pay balances that result after the insurance payment or rejection.
